Geary F. Eppley Fund for the Enhancement of the Student Experience
The Eppley Fund was created in memory of Geary F. Eppley, a pioneer in the area of student health and wellness. The Fund supports the UM Active Student Initiative, helps to create and enhance student recreation venues, and provides assistance to our many UM sports clubs and related initiatives.
George O. Weber Family Endowed Veterans Scholarship
The George O. Weber Family Endowed Veterans Scholarship was established in 2016 by Jeffrey A. Weber '76 and Robert C. Weber '74 in memory of their father. The fund provides need-based scholarship support for veteran students at the University of Maryland.
Gerald G. Portney Memorial Scholarship Fund
Clara Portney Felsher established this scholarship in honor of her husband, Gerald G. Portney. The income shall be used to provide financial assistance for the Returning Students Program of the Counseling Center at the University.
Go Ju Ryu Club
The Fund supports the activities, programs and competition related expenses of this club, as well as the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies.
Golf Course Enhancement Fund
The Golf Course Enhancement Fund was created to maintain and continue to enhance the University of Maryland Golf Course.
