Living on campus places students at the center of university life. Residence halls offer safe and comfortable housing within walking distance of classes, study spaces, and campus resources.

Maintenance & Facilities

Residential Facilities manages routine and emergency maintenance for residence halls. Report facility issues through Facilities Service Central’s portal and stay informed on the latest alerts and utility outages.

Public-Private Partnership Apartment Communities

These apartment communities are located on university land but managed by Capstone On-Campus Management. Students sign leases with Capstone rather than housing agreements with Resident Life.

Off-Campus Housing

Students seeking housing in the College Park area can use resources provided by the Off-Campus Housing Office, which offers assistance with finding housing and navigating off-campus living.

Support for Commuter & Off-Campus Students
