Michelle Martin Moore Endowed Scholarship
The Michelle Martin Moore Endowed Scholarship was established in 2019 in memory of Michelle Martin Moore. The scholarship provides need-based support for returning students who are at least 25 years of age at the University of Maryland.Mike Mutryn "Still Going Pro" Award
The Mike Mutryn "Still Going Pro" Award was established in honor of Michael Brent Mutryn. The award recognizes those who share Mike's passion and love of ice hockey.
Model Citizenship Prize
The Model Citizenship Prize Fund provides support for students who are recognized by the University as outstanding seniors and awarded the Maryland Citizenship Prize.
Moniesha Jackson Shorter Scholarship for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®
The Moniesha Jackson Shorter Scholarship for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® was established in February 2022 to provide merit-based scholarships to members of the Theta Nu chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. with a preference for students who are pursuing a computer science or other STEM field major.Moose Family Scholarship
The Moose Family Scholarship was established to support undergraduate students who have demonstrated leadership within a student organization. There were nine Moose siblings that grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland and this big family experience provided leadership lessons that were invaluable. Current students and alumni of the University of Maryland are like a family and it is the Moose family's hope that this scholarship can help a student fully develop all of their leadership skills. Eight of the Moose's graduated from Montgomery Blair High School. Preference for graduates of Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland.
