Student Affairs Tableau
Student Affairs Tableau (part of tableau.umd.edu) provides a secure, self-service reporting environment dedicated to the Division, organized in departmental folders, with permissions managed directly by DSA.

Terps Learn Everywhere Digital Badging
The Division of Student Affairs (DSA) contributes to Digital Badging @UMD through Terps Learn Everywhere digital badges. This guide provides DSA staff with an overview of how to leverage digital badges to enhance their co-curricular learning efforts.

Use this form to assist with gathering and organizing the information required for creating a digital badge. Submitting a request will provide your department representative with necessary details about your proposed badge.
Tracking Event Attendance
CodeReadr & DSA EAST
CodeReadr is a mobile device scanning solution supported by DSA Event Attendance Scanning & Tracking (DSA EAST), that can be used to scan id card barcodes.
- All-in-One Process: Use this form to request CodeReadr services for your events.

TerpLink & MyDRL
TerpLink (Stamp Student Union) is an event registration and QR code system found on TerpLink (terplink.umd.edu) that students use to check in to events. Organizations use TerpLink for event approvals and ticketing, with the pass acting as your RSVP confirmation for entry.
MyDRL (Resident Life) provides a simple way to create event records and upload or convert lists of UIDs or email addresses into rosters and attendee lists.
