The University of Maryland is committed to providing timely information to parents, guardians and/or other important family members about Family Weekend and other special events, share news and announcements from across the campus (including the University President), and distribute information during an urgent situation or emergency on campus.

Note: your parents’ or family members' contact information will not be used to share personal/private details about you or your academic progress, as protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Parents and household contacts may also register themselves directly in the eConnection Portal. New registrants must have their student's UID to register. For more information about the TerpFamily eConnection Portal, visit the Office of Family Engagement website.
