About the Fund
Established in June 1993 by the employees in the Division of Student Affairs, the Division of Student Affairs Scholarship Fund is used to recognize undergraduate students who have made a significant impact on the quality of life for students and/or employees at the University of Maryland. Successful scholarship candidates show evidence of commitment to the job, leadership, quality of work, accomplishments, and a genuine dedication to providing service to students and/or the University community through their positions. Two to three scholarships have been awarded annually to undergraduate students who work in one of the sixteen departments in the Division of Student Affairs.
