About The Triathlon Club
The UMD Triathlon Team is a diverse student group at the University of Maryland. We welcome all abilities, majors and ages! Each year, we have upwards of 35 dues-paying members who attend practices, participate in volunteering events and simply enjoy time together. We attend a series of races in the fall and the Collegiate Club National Championship in the spring. Our team members are competitive within our Mid Atlantic Conference. We have even had teammates train up to compete in IronMan races! This team is a home away from home for many of us, and a place where we met some of our closest friends!
The Fund supports the activities, programs and competition related expenses of this club, as well as the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies.
