On-Campus Housing

Home On-Campus Housing

The on-campus living experience puts you at the center of campus life, a vibrant, engaging community of students learning and growing together.

On-campus in the residence halls, you will have comfortable and safe housing, within steps of where you need to be for classes, resources, studying, engaging, and connecting with friends! For more information, please visit the Department of Resident Life.

For assistance with routine and emergency maintenance and housekeeping services in on-campus residence halls, please contact the Department of Residential Facilities.

The Courtyards and South Campus Commons are part of our public-private partnership undergraduate student apartment communities. The Courtyards and South Campus Commons were built on University land and are managed by a private management company, Capstone On-Campus Management. Students who lease at The Courtyards or South Campus Commons must be approved by the Department of Resident Life. Students living in these communities sign leases with Capstone On-Campus Management rather than Housing Agreements with the Department of Resident Life, as they do for on-campus Residence Halls. Please visit their websites for more information on those apartment communities.
