Trinity Abeng Allsop

Trinity Abeng Allsop is a sociology major at the University of Maryland with a passion for educational equity and community empowerment. Throughout her time at Maryland, Trinity has taken on several leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of In Da Salon, an inclusive space for women of color, and leading initiatives through the Caribbean Students Association (CSA), where she helps plan cultural events, community service programs, and our annual Gala. Trinity also serves as the president of College Mentors for Success, an organization that supports high school students navigating the transition to college. In addition to her leadership roles, Trinity works at the School of Public Health, where she supports faculty and staff with communications and project coordination. Trinity’s Maryland experience has been rooted in service, advocacy, and a deep commitment to creating spaces where underrepresented voices are heard and uplifted.
