Rudolph Gardenich

Rudolph Gardenich was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Rudolph served six and a half years in the Marine Corps before electing to finish his degree at the University of Maryland.  Rudolph had numerous leadership opportunities while he was in the Marine Corps, however he wished to challenge himself as a leader outside of the structure and hierarchy that the military naturally provides. It is Rudolph’s belief that leadership is about taking care of those around us, and doing so builds the trust that is crucial to the success of any team. Continuing his undergraduate and graduate education will put Rudolph in a better position to do just that.
