Olabisi Omoniyi-Alake

2023-2024 Scholar

Olabisi Omoniyi-Alake is  a junior majoring in Public Policy with a minor in Public Leadership. She is  committed to representing and advocating for the Black community through the political and/or legislative process. She is a Youth & Community Ambassador in the Minority Youth Advisory Council, where she organizes community events to encourage minority youth to participate in advocacy work. Olabisi also advocated for minority youth as a National Speaker at the 2021 Coalition of Juvenile Justice Conference where she encouraged community leaders to create a safe space for Black children. In the future she hopes to continue doing more advocacy work that will help future generations.
