Norman Cofer

Norman Cofer is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served on a number of deployments during his service. Presently, he is a Contracting Officer with the Federal Government. His leadership experience includes serving as a Contracting Officer/Lead Contract Specialist leading a team of Contracting Officers/Contract Specialists at a previous Government agency. Norman is currently studying for a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
