Michelle Rodriguez Cruz

During her time at the University of Maryland, Michelle Rodriguez Cruz has taken on leadership roles aimed at fostering academic excellence and inclusivity. As a Peer Academic Leader, she supported first-year students in navigating college life, while as Treasurer of the Latinx Pre-Health Society, she empowered Latinx students in healthcare and challenged stereotypes. Additionally, as a mentor and advocate for underrepresented voices,Michelle has worked to cultivate a more inclusive campus community.
