Lynique Webster

Known for her powerful, vibrant voice and an effervescent energy to match, Lynique has established herself as a musical force both on the domestic stage and abroad. Born and raised in Gaithersburg, MD, where she currently works as an office assistant for Montgomery County Public Schools, Lynique balances her career with a slew of musical endeavors. She is adept at pivoting into multiple musical settings, from her praise team at church to her six-person vocal band, NOMADIC, and even front lining premier east coast wedding ensembles like Sound Society and the Bachelor Boys. She is currently working to complete her bachelor of Choral Music Education at the University of Maryland College Park, where she was a former member of the widely-acclaimed mixed voice contemporary a cappella group Faux Paz and featured as a soloist on multiple award-winning albums during her tenure. Her sharp wit, unique talent and carefully honed skills make her an invaluable part of any ensemble she finds herself a part of.
