Lisset Vargas

Lisset Vargas is a student at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, double majoring in Information Systems and Operations Management & Business Analytics. On campus, she is actively involved as a Teaching Assistant, Smith Ambassador, and Treasurer of Latina Pathways. Lisset is passionate about mentorship and currently supports first-year students as a Peer Mentor in the Business, Society, and the Economy Scholars program. Through both her leadership and academic pursuits, Lisset strives to create inclusive spaces and empower others to grow personally and professionally.
