LaMar Isaac is a retired U.S. Air Force chief master sergeant with 26 years of distinguished service, originally from Jacksonville, FL. He is now a co-owner of a softball training franchise, combining his passion for leadership with a commitment to youth development. The University of Maryland’s EMBA program has provided him with the tools, confidence, and network to pursue his entrepreneurial vision while continuing to serve others.
