Josue Diaz Lozano

2024-2025 Scholar

Josue Diaz Lozano is a student at the University of Maryland. Other than being in classes, Josue hasn't been involved at the university yet. However, he is involved in a couple of things outside of school. Josue is a servant at his church, St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Riverdale, MD. When he serves he usually stands at a certain spot and watches over the attendees during mass. Josue assists people if they need something. He also dances at my church in a dance group. The group dances traditional folkloric dances from El Salvador. Josue has been dancing for over two years.

Aside from partaking in extracurricular activities, education has been something that Josue has always taken seriously. Throughout his educational career, Josue has always gotten good grades and has always been on the honor roll. Josue graduated high school with a cumulative career GPA of 4.0 and he plans on graduating from college with a high GPA as well. After college, Josue plans to keep aiming high and strives to have a good career with the bachelor's degree he will be getting.
