Elijah Foster

Elijah is a transfer student from the Community College of Baltimore County. In just one year at the University of Maryland, he has been involved and taken on leadership roles in clubs such as the Collegiate Financial Management Association and Black Students in Public Policy. He also serves as an undergraduate senator for the School of Public Policy and has begun his Rawlings undergraduate fellowship. The most vital thing he has learned here at UMD in his short time has been community.
