Claudia Treminio

Claudia Treminio is a junior in the Dietetics Program at the University of Maryland, College Park. She currently works as a dietary aid at Frederick Health Hospital. Furthermore, she recently completed 45 hours of shadowing a dietitian also at that hospital. As a dietary aid, Claudia works closely with patients, families, and nurses to ensure that every patient’s need is met which has further strengthened her patient care skills. In her recent shadowing experience, Claudia was able to learn about malnutrition and to carefully analyze clinical documentation across patient reports.
