Boosaba Tantisunthorn

Boosaba (she/her) joined the Division of Student Affairs’ Office of Development and External Relations team in 2023. In this role, she leverages her experience as a proud Terp and UMD scholarship recipient, as well as her ten years of nonprofit and higher education development experience, to develop and implement major gift strategies for the benefit of UMD students.

Prior to this role, Boosaba implemented and managed the UMD College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Science’s (CMNS) donor relations and stewardship program to retain and inspire donors to support CMNS to their fullest potential. This included launching the CMNS Dean’s Circle and ensuring that 700+ donor funds were utilized fully and according to donor intent.

Boosaba is pursuing a Certificate of Nonprofit Management and Leadership through the School of Public Policy at UMD.
