Anmol Kajla

2025 Scholar

Anmol Kajla is pursuing a Ph.D. in Plant Science with a focus on wheat genetics. Growing up in Punjab, India—an agriculturally thriving region known as the breadbasket of the nation—she was deeply inspired by her roots to pursue a career in plant science. Anmol’s goal is to lead transformative research that drives sustainable agriculture and supports smallholder farmers worldwide. Throughout her graduate studies, Anmol embraced leadership roles in student governments and organizations, using these platforms to share insights, address community challenges, and advocate for the needs of her peers. Amnol is committed to leveraging her  knowledge and leadership to create a lasting impact on global agriculture.
