The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for providing or arranging for routine and emergency maintenance and housekeeping services in College Park's residence halls. The Department manages 45 buildings and community centers with just under 2 million square feet of space.
About the Fund
Department of Residential Facilities staff have a profound impact on the living and learning experience of University of Maryland students. Through their care and stewardship, UMD students have comfortable and safe living spaces that support their development and well-being. The Department of Residential Facilities Scholarship Fund supports those who have made a positive impact on the Department and thus the campus as a whole.
