Irwin Kamin Foundation endowed this Fund to perpetually support those who have so selflessly served our nation.
Vincent Family Veterans Scholarship
The Vincent Family Scholarship was established in honor of Robert J. Vincent, Ph.D., in recognition of his passion, dedication and unique contributions as an intelligence officer for the CIA. This scholarship is opened to all combat Veteran students from any branch of the military completing an undergraduate or graduate degree at the University of Maryland.
