Leonard A. Riggs Current-Use Scholarship
About the Leonard A. Riggs Current-Use Scholarship
The Leonard A. Riggs Current-Use Scholarship, established in 2024 by Chris Riggs ’16, honors the legacy of his father, Leonard "Lenny" Riggs. As the son of Jamaican immigrants, Lenny understood the transformative power of education in achieving economic and social mobility. Through this scholarship, Chris aims to continue his father’s legacy by supporting students who share a similar dedication to education, easing the financial burden faced by both students and their families, and helping them pursue their academic dreams.
