About The Moose Family Endowed Scholarship

The Moose Family Scholarship was established to support undergraduate students who have demonstrated leadership within a student organization.

There were nine Moose siblings that grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland and this big family experience provided leadership lessons that were invaluable. Current students and alumni of the University of Maryland are like a family and it is the Moose family's hope that this scholarship can help a student fully develop all of their leadership skills. Eight of the Moose's graduated from Montgomery Blair High School. Preference for graduates of Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland.
