About The Pavela Prize
The Pavela Prize for Distinguished Contributions to the University of Maryland Academic Integrity and Ethical Development Program was established in May 2003 by Gary and Margaret Pavela. Spendable Income from the Pavela Prize for Distinguished Contributions to the University of Maryland Academic Integrity and Ethical Development Program recognizes and rewards students who have made distinguished contributions to the academic integrity and ethical development program in the Division of Student Affairs, including fostering discussion about and enhancement of University academic integrity or student conduct policies.
