Vienne Ladoulis-Urban

2023-2024 Scholar

During her time at the University of Maryland, Vienne Ladoulis-Urban has taken the initiative to step into leadership roles she didn’t always feel qualified for but knew that with time and experience, the opportunities would allow her to grow professionally and personally. She has stepped into a leadership role at The Women's Network as Lead Campus Ambassador, and she has stepped into a leadership role as Director of Communications and Marketing at Dare to Dream, a student-founded non-profit out of the Do Good program. Vienne has continued to seek out opportunities that put her outside of her comfort zone to allow her to continue growing and connecting with new people and opportunities. She is grateful to Maryland for providing a safe, inspirational, and encouraging place to grow and learn.
