Valery Tabaj Huaccachi

Valery Tabraj Huaccachi is a first-generation college student and a first-generation immigrant who is eager to learn more about the field of international relations.  Valery is an Army reservist who drills in Fort Meade. She is the current treasurer of the SKY campus happiness at the University of Maryland and she is part of the Volleyball club at the University of Maryland. Valery was selected to participate in the Global Fellows program at the University of Maryland this upcoming academic year and she is excited about this opportunity to learn from professionals in the field of international relations. Valery’s experience at the University of Maryland has been welcoming and she can't wait to keep connecting with other like-minded students.
