Sydney Neal

Sydney Neal is a Public Policy major with a concentration in Race and Gender Justice and a minor in Black women's studies. While at the University of Maryland, she has been involved in many clubs and organizations on campus, such as the Black Student Union and the First-Year Book Committee. She was also a swim instructor through Recwell and a teaching assistant as a member of the CIVICUS living and learning community. Sydney is a member of the Kappa Phi chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and served as the Program Planning and Development chair for the 2023-2024 school year.
