Sora Frand

Sora Frand is a psychology B.S. major at the University of Maryland. Throughout her time here, Sora has connected with professors who have offered valuable insights and guidance for her career. As a volunteer intern with the MD Olympics Sports Nutrition department, Sora is gaining practical experience in her chosen field and acquiring observational knowledge about sports nutrition. Working with the nutrition team and athletes has strengthened her passion for health and wellness education. These experiences have broadened Sora’s understanding of career paths while helping her develop essential skills, which I look forward to building on in future roles.
