Sarah Nowak

2017-2018 Scholar

Sarah Nowak is a native of New Jersey and a junior, double major in Finance and Operations Management & Business Analytics. She holds herself to a high academic standard but is also a dedicated member of the UMD community. Sarah currently serves as the Executive Vice President of her sorority, Sigma Kappa. In this role, she manages the risk of nearly 150 members while encouraging everyone to be the best versions of themselves. Additionally, Sarah is employed by the Student Organization Resource Center in the Stamp Student Union where she spends her time offering support to over 800 student groups. Sarah is extremely honored to accept this scholarship and is thankful for the generosity shown by the Price family
