Phillippe Castillo

My name is Philippe Castillo and I am one of the three recipients of the Phi Sigma Kappa Scholarship. I am currently a junior studying Economics and minoring in Real Estate Development and Philosophy. I joined Phi Sigma Kappa spring 2020 and have been an active member of the fraternity since. Besides taking on leadership roles in this fraternity, such as Social Chair, Philanthropy Chair, and Diversity Chair, I work as an administrative assistant in the Teaching, Learning, Policy, and Leadership (TLPL) Department in the College of Education, intern as an Accounting Intern at Nomadic Real Estate Investments, and occasionally attend meetings for the Real Estate Club and the International Economic and Finance Society (IEFS).

After graduation, I hope to pursue higher education in Commercial Real Estate Development or Entrepreneurship/ Innovation and have an impact on the atmosphere in DC. Thank you again for the award, I am glad my active role in the fraternity is evident to both current and former members.
