Norman Cofer

Norman Cofer is a U.S. Air Force veteran.  He is a member of the 820th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE) at Nellis AFB, NV and the 12th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force (BEEF) at Randolph AFB, TX.  Norman served on deployments to Cuba, Haiti and Guatemala. He is a member of the TerpVets organization.  Regarding his leadership experience, Norman was a Lead Contract Specialist at a Government agency leading a team of Contract Specialists procuring Government contracts.  Norman’s academic goal is to receive a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Maryland (UMD).
