Nelson Chen

Nelson Chen is a junior theatre major and Asian American studies minor at UMD. He strives to be an actor who advocates for social justice in the APIDA and queer communities. Nelson has been involved with the Student Government Association, Kreativity Diversity Troupe, Asian American Student Union, and Red Cross Club. He would like to thank his professors Scot Reese and Fatima Quander for sharpening his technique and being great mentors. Nelson would also like to thank his mom, two sisters, and dog for supporting his journey as a performing artist and student at UMD.
