Michael Wu

2021 - 2022 Scholar

Michael Wu is a current sophomore studying Computer Engineering and hoping to minor in Second Language Education. He has been a proud member of the Marketing Graphic Designs team this past semester and has enjoyed being able to create meaningful images that bring awareness to the many beneficial activities provided at STAMP. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his bandmates at Jammin' at Maryland (JAM) Club, serving as an active member performing covers of a wide variety of songs for all to hear. He also enjoys participating in MICA and AAPI organization events, being able to learn more about other cultures and advocate for minority representation on campus. In this upcoming summer, he plans to continue graphic designing for STAMP and help coordinate and graphic design for Technica, the largest all-women and nonbinary hackathon, hosted at the University of Maryland in the fall.
