Kinza Mahmood

2019-2020 Chatham Scholar

Kinza Mahmood is a rising junior majoring in Food Science and hopes to graduate in May 2021. She is from Fairfax, Virginia, but am a proud Maryland Terp! She is a part of many aspects of the UMD community, such as the Alternative Breaks program, where her group traveled to help aid urban communities dealing with food insecurity last summer. Next semester, she will be a part of the AGNR Ambassador program as well as a teaching assistant for the incoming class of freshmen. Kinza is excited to continue being a part of the amazing Maryland community!
