Jake Kranz

2023-2024 Scholar

Jake Kranz is a NJ resident entering my third year at the University of Maryland. He is a declared Economics BS major with a minor in Statistics. While at UMD he has had the privilege of taking courses in multiple departments. The increased exposure to different fields has helped Jake choose a major/minor that checked all the boxes for him. The professors have challenged him academically, in ways he’s never been challenged before. Jake is looking forward to utilizing the career services in his junior year and applying to internships for the upcoming summer.
