Caroline Ventor

2021 - 2022 Scholar

Caroline Ventor is a senior graduating in May 2021, studying Hearing and Speech Sciences with a double minor in Leadership Studies and Disability Studies. She is a passionate, hardworking individual who loves a challenge and loves meeting new people. In her undergrad at UMD, Caroline was a student employee at Stamp for 2+ years, a Team Leader for the Maryland Reading Program for 3+ years, and a member of the new Terps Connect initiative at Stamp. Additionally, Caroline served two terms on the Executive Council of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, and was a general member of several clubs on campus including DMAX, Club enABLE, and NSSLHA. In the fall, she will start at George Washington University, to obtain a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. In the future, she hopes to work with children in the Deaf community or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Caroline's drive comes from those around her and she lives by the belief that every single person can make an impact on your life in a different way.
