Brittany Carty

Born in southern NJ, Brittany went to IUP starting her college career in 2006. In the summer of 2009 she graduated from the police academy and started work as a law enforcement officer. In 2010 she joined the military where she served 6 years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician. Brittany is currently working to finish her degree in UMD's criminology criminal justice system program. She is hopeful in gaining employment with the ATFE, where she can use her extensive knowledge of explosives to help stop terrorism and future attacks in the United States.
