2024-2025 Scholar

Ayeesha Fadlaoui is an animal science major and music performance minor, and plans on eventually attending graduate school to earn a PhD in a biology or animal science-related field. On campus, she is an undergraduate research assistant in a nutrition lab within the department of animal science. Here, she is responsible for assisting graduate students with their research projects, while also conducting her own studies and experiments. She’s also a co-president of the figure skating club, as well as the chair of the Dean's student advisory council for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.  Additionally, she is a teaching assistant for Applied Animal Physiology, and a tutor for the academic achievement program for disadvantaged students. As part of her music minor, Ayeesha participates in the university's symphony orchestra, wind orchestra, and will be performing in the opera orchestra later this month.
