Arfa Sheikh

I am a senior at UMD studying Information Science.  I am also part of the Global Fellows program at UMD which is an innovative fellowship program designed to equip University of Maryland undergraduate students with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience necessary to become leaders in an increasingly globalized society.  Aside from pursuing my education, and being a Global Fellows, I am involved in some organizations on campus which are for undergraduate students in the InfoSci program, such as InfoSciFi and Bytes and Bits. As a senior, I am applying for internships and jobs that are aligned with goals of a career in technology and science.
