The show aims at highlighting different types of beauty in the Black community during Black History Month. The money garnered from this event will go towards creating a scholarship for Central High School, a predominantly black high school in Prince George’s County.

His father and mother struggle to reconcile their love for their son with their beliefs. Fearing a loss of family, friends and community, Jared is pressured into attending a conversion therapy program.
