Drop in between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Take time to restore and comfort yourself. Nourish your soul as you walk the meditative path at the Chapel Labyrinth in the Garden of Reflection and Remembrance. Read and reflect on passages capturing aspects of the human spirit. Spend time journaling. A Labyrinth facilitator will be available to help guide your way.  A labyrinth walk takes approximately 20 minutes.

Reservations not necessary.

The program is held on Tuesdays from July 19 through August 23.

Description: Connect your yoga practice to nature with this short 5-week all levels Vinyasa class, which will be held at the Labyrinth at the Memorial Chapel. Join fellow yogis to quiet the mind, open the heart, and heal the body in this unique yoga class. Tuesdays, from 12-1pm until October 13th.
