A new campus survey confirms several students do not have enough access to food. According to the survey, 20% of UMD are considered food insecure, meaning they lack consistent access to nutritious foods.

The survey results were released while the Campus Pantry was in the planning stages of an expansion to provide greater access and privacy to students in need.
