The Vice President’s Office oversees the activities of the departments and coordinates division-wide initiatives and management practices. In addition, the Office of the Vice President advises two student organizations: Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society and the Senior Council.
The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of Maryland oversees student services and programs for the entire campus community. Composed of 15 departments and over 1500 staff members, the Division of Student Affairs is involved in all aspects of a student’s life including housing, dining, transportation, student activities, community involvement, recreation, health, wellness, spirituality, and career and social development.
